We maintain and develop an adequate number of qualified onboard personnel for operating our managing ships, taking future fleet developments into account.
We keep close coordination with manning agents, local agents, and all parties concerned to take all necessary arrangements for onboard assignment and repatriation, including pre-boarding familiarization training, transportation, etc.
